Phillips Group Unlimited LLC is an AI consultancy founded by Shane Phillips, a United States Marine Corps veteran. We help small and mid-sized businesses identify operational bottlenecks, design practical AI workflows, and implement automation that fits how their teams already work.

What we do

We work with clients in two ways: on site, sitting with your team and watching the work happen before we build anything, or remotely, partnering with you over video calls and shared workspaces. Both models deliver the same outcome — practical systems that remove friction and actually get used.

Our work falls into three areas:

AI strategy & bottleneck audits — we map your operations, identify where AI delivers the highest ROI, and prioritize what to build first.
Automation & workflow implementation — we build the integrations, scripts, and dashboards that automate the repetitive work.
Marketing & growth systems — we run and optimize Google Ads campaigns, build conversion-focused landing pages, and implement automated review and outreach systems for our clients.
