Every percentage is the lift after rebuilding the digital side of the business — website moved and upgraded, forms rebuilt, CRM connected, and the Google Business Profile taken over. Not profile management on its own.
One owner spent three years locked out of Google verification. Denied on video re-verification over and over, until Google told him there were no more ways to verify. His profile was verified four days after I took it on, and fully cleared for Local Service Ads seventeen days later.
Another owner's background check had been dead since October. Both owners had submitted everything; the application had simply been canceled, and there was no button anywhere to restart it. Google's background-check partner said only Google could reopen it. Three written requests to Google went unanswered. I took it on, got it in front of a Google rep, and had the application reset eleven days later. His ads were running three days after that.

Im not joking. I had to double my amount of quoting days to keep up. Then Shane tells me he's working on an "AI receptionist". I didn't expect much or even care to be honest, but now I kind of like it cheaply. Blocks about 30 spam calls a week. If I cant hear my phone the ai puts the customer into jobber. If I dont feel like answering- send'em to the ai. He also helped me get my website back so I own it. Then he upgraded it (lol).
