These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of phillipsgroupunlimited.com and the services provided by Phillips Group Unlimited LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Phillips Group Unlimited LLC provides AI consulting, automation implementation, and digital marketing services, including Google Ads management, to small and mid-sized businesses. The specific scope of any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement with the client.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality, or interfere with another party's use of the site.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Phillips Group Unlimited LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.

4. Client Engagements

Consulting services are provided under separate written agreements that define scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and confidentiality obligations. These Terms do not replace any client-specific contract.

5. Third-Party Services

In delivering our services, we may use third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Google Workspace, Vercel, Anthropic, and others). Use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for outages or issues with third-party services beyond our control.

6. Google Local Services Ads offer

For the Google Check offer, launch is $1,555, paid once. It includes Google Business Profile optimization, Local Services Ads setup, help through Google's approval, and go-live. The $333 Google Business Profile optimization is included in it.

Management is $1,010 a month. It includes managing your Google Business Profile, managing your Local Services Ads, checking lead quality, and disputing eligible leads for credit. Google decides dispute credits; a credit is not promised.

Billing starts on the 15th of the month after you sign up. Sign up in October, and the first monthly charge is November 15. A signup early in a month can be billed on the 15th of the next month before the ads are live. Existing subscriptions are not affected. Google ad spend is paid directly to Google.

If you qualify, give Google what they need, and I cannot get your Local Services Ads approved and live, I refund the $1,555.

This guarantee covers account approval and go-live only. It is not a promise of a number of leads, revenue, booked jobs, rankings, return on ad spend, or a launch date.

7. One-time services

The $12 Digital Presence Audit is paid once. It is a done-for-you audit and prioritized fix list covering your Google Business Profile, your website, the public social profiles we can find, Angi, Yelp, Nextdoor, and similar directories. The $12 buys the audit, not the fixes.

The $333 Google Business Profile optimization is paid once and can be bought on its own. It is included in the $1,555 launch.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our consulting work, although we strive to deliver high-quality results based on industry best practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phillips Group Unlimited LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
